I am kinda coming around to quite liking panerai and their unique style. But they are huge and hefty watches, they only really look good on a suitably big wrist. As a 6.5 inch wrister . Panerai for my 6.5" wrist
I have a 6.75 inch wrist, it’s pretty flat though. Recently bought a 45mm Radiomir and it fits perfect. Tried on a 42mm PAM1096 which actually felt a tad small, 44mm was right. My wife, for example, is right-handed but prefers to wear a watch on her right wrist so the crown faces her arm and doesn’t dig into her wrist. The Panerai Luminor is a big, beefy watch with a massive crown protection system. When I wear a regular 44mm Luminor on my 6.5-inch wrist, it’s pretty uncomfortable. Panerai has great options for smaller wrists. Lug to lug is manageable with many models. I have a 6.5 inch wrist. Love my Luminor Quaranta and Radiomir Quaranta 👌
All the wrist shot photos in this article show the Panerai 372 on my wrist which measures 6.5 (165MM) inches in circumference. I am 6 feet tall, but have smaller wrists, yet the Panerai 372 in not too large, and fits unbelievably well. For most people 47MM works well, once you get used to it. Radiomir is their best model, 42mm is the most versatile size, and the dial has perfect layout. It always bothered me when I see the 9 and seconds hand in close proximity. Brown strap is also better than the lime green. Wear it in good health! The new Panerai Navy SEALs Submersible Flyback Chronograph PAM1402 Experience Watch, released in 2023, with expert analysis, specs, price, and original photos.
I love the style of this watch but I have never seen anyone rocking a Panerai. Their watches are way too big and the design makes them seem even bigger. Even on 8 inch wrists they look comically large to me. I don't understand why they don't produce a 39/40 mm version.
Panerai Radiomir PAM00992 45mm on a 6.5 inch Wrist. With the vintage-inspired case, 8 days power reserve, and a beautiful clear dial the Radiomir 8 Days PAM00992 ticks almost all the boxes. The only drawback being of course the case size. But, this watch is certainly great value for money. My wrist is 6.5” but has a rather flat configuration.
