Please refrain from use of the item in the meantime and bring your Goyard item along with the original purchase receipt and name to our boutique where we can assist you in registering the repair for changing the handles of your tote. I asked Goyard to simply replace the handles due to the cracking. They refused to do it free of charge. This is a clearer photo of the cracking which in my opinion looks worse after it went to Goyard which is odd.
