Creation watches have been EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have sent over 10 emails in the past month and they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. The Royal Mail said that only senders can complete a claim and international parcels are not eligible anyway. A quick search here or a Google will provide all you need to know. They are pretty clear on the box. Also that they sell gray market watches. You'll get a legit watch, new and unused, which is better than some less respectable gray dealers.
