With the recent DST time change, it took me 5+ minutes to turn the crown enough to go forward an hour, and my hands were in quite a pain afterwards. I even enlisted my wife, but she could not get the quick turn either. Just pull the crown halfway and turn it. One direction changes the 24h hand and the other direction changes the date. Just make sure the time isnt somewhere between 10pm and 2am because during this time, the movement is busy changing the date on its own. If you have no user manual, Google "Breitling Aerospace user manual" and while you may not find an exact match to your model, it will be sufficient to set time and date.
