Basing on the calibre Rolex 3135 , it features an additional GMT indication ( dual time zone ). The 3185 "GMT" movement is based on the 31xx platform and performs the same as any other Rolex movement. How many seconds a day it may lose is more a function of how well it is regulated. The 3185 came with a Nivarox-FAR hairspring and it is as anti-magnetic as the Parachrom. The 3186 is not better than the 3185, it is just slightly different.
